As a campus university, the University of Ulm forms the centre of the scientific city of Ulm and the node between science, the economy, the city and the region. Study courses are available in the fields of Medicine, Engineering Sciences and Computer Science, Mathematics and Economic Sciences as well as in the Natural Sciences Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry and Physics.

The University of Ulm

The study courses provided at the Ulm University of Applied Sciences  are mainly technically-orientated. Bachelor and Master study courses are available in the Faculties of Electrotechnology and IT, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering and Automotive Engineering, Production Technology and Production Management as well as Mechatronics and Medical Technology. The "Ulmer Model" is provided as a special feature in the fields of Electrotechnology and Mechanics. This dual study course results in two qualifications; a trade proficiency certificate and a Bachelor of Engineering qualification.

The Ulm University of Applied Sciences

Six Bachelor study courses are part of the range offered by the Neu-Ulm University: Information Management and Corporate Communications, Business Administration with over 20 different focuses, Business Information Technology, Industrial Engineering and Industrial Engineering/Logistics as well as the dual study course in Logistics. New courses are the Bachelor course on Information Management in Health Care as well as the Master of Advanced Management. In part, these courses are implemented in co-operation with the Ulm University of Applied Sciences .
Also on offer are three MBA extra-occupational study courses: Strategic Information Management, Business Administration for Physicians and Business Administration for Engineers.

The Neu-Ulm University

The first point of contact for those studying at the three further education establishments in terms of financing of studies, Bafög funding and accommodation is the Student's Union.
