Business

Südwestmetall represents organisations concerning the topics and issues in the companies, not only trade unions, politics and administration but also in public discussions. Our core competence lies in the structuring of working conditions through labour agreements, and in supporting companies with their implementation.

Companies, that want to join an association without the obligation to p
ay according to collective wage agreements, we offer with the Unternehmensverband Südwest e.V. all advantages in networking and information without tariff commitment. In Baden-Wuerttemberg we represent with both associations about 1.600 companies.

Südwestmetall Ulm

The regional group of Südwestmetall in Ulm covers the area of Ulm, the administrative districts of Alb-Donau and Biberach as well as the southern part of the administrative district of Sigmaringen. In both associations together the regional group represents around 125 companies of the region with about 49.350 employees.
